The bigger the Government the smaller the citizen!

Description
Dennis Prager, nationally syndicated radio talk show host and best-selling author, asks a fascinating and important question: what happens to the citizens of a country when the government gets bigger and bigger?
Looks as though Steve is convinced we are incapable of finding an insurance company we can trust. Because the "free market" doesn't exist?! (Sadly, the government is slowly killing freedom - that is true.) All insurance companies are "colluding" against their own customers. BUT, the government is here to help us! YIPPEE! We are saved now! We will never convince this man he is wrong, but I believe someday he will see where he was wrong.
@Steve "...so people don't have to make the choice between BANKRUPTCY or DEATH."
With Bankruptcy, as tough as it is, you get a chance at a comeback. Many people have survived through bankruptcy. How many people know of someone who survived death?
@Rick Moody: "The government is as corrupt as any private enterprise because it has people in it. People are corrupt."
And there is no accountability with government institutions. That is why there is so much fraud and waste in Medicare, Medical in CA, and welfare to name just three. When you're spending taxpayers' money, it's easier to do that and to get away with it. This is just one reason why there's NEVER enough money in the government trough and liberal-headed city councils, state governments and congress have to ALWAYS raise taxes. No thank you. Let's not put our own heads in the guillotine.
Guess what Steve. Medicare denies more treatment than private insurance companies. Did you know that. Maybe you should stop getting your "news" from msnbc and air america. Oops, I forgot they went bankrupt. Let insurance companies compete against each-other and prices will go down. When BIG GOVERNMENT is involved it's not competition.
BIG GOVERNMENT is another simplistic buzz word. I would like to see some competition for the BIG INSURANCE COMPANIES so people don't have to make the choice between BANKRUPTCY or DEATH.
Maybe some of you don't yet realize it's these companies that are making the health care decisions such as denial of treatment because of prior health conditions or simply because the treatment is too expensive.
Haven't you noticed that health care costs are on the rise making life more difficult for those who can't afford them.
You people parrot the crap you hear from right wing nuts without thinking!
Hi Dennis. Great job once again. There's nothing wrong with putting a "simplistic spin" on an issue as long as it helps you make sense of it. Steve, do you really want BIG GOVERNMENT making health care decisions for you? I don't. Thankyou Dennis, Keep it up!

I should have added that after the bankruptcy the patient can't afford any more treatment so he/she dies.
